The back office for everything after the app.
Know what you’ll get paid, see chargebacks coming, keep applications moving, and catch the policies about to slip, before they cost you.

What a CRM forgets: the money.
Contacts and pipelines are everywhere. Truebook is built around the dates and dollars that decide whether business sticks.
Money on the table, every morning
Policies in grace, clients whose rates rise at their next insurance age, conversion deadlines, level terms ending, first drafts and anniversaries, on one list.
Applications that don’t stall
Every pending requirement with its due date, late ones flagged, and a delivery checklist the moment a case issues.
Know what you’ll actually get paid
Import carrier statement CSVs: policies placed since your first statement are reconciled against your comp grid, first year and renewals, and chargebacks are tracked to the policy.
Chargebacks before they happen
Unearned advance per policy, what’s at risk in grace right now, and a month-by-month cash flow that statements correct as they land.
A dial session that checks first
Before each call: your licenses, calling hours in the lead’s state, your agency’s do-not-call list, the National DNC scrub you recorded (or the consent, inquiry or purchase that exempts the number) and the state consent rules it tracks. Compliance stays your responsibility.
Leads measured on what sticks
Lead ROI on issue-paid business still in force, net of chargebacks, against what the leads cost.
Your promotion, tracked
Issue paid by month, team legs with caps, and exactly what’s left for the next level.
Built for teams
A private numbers board, overrides down a frozen hierarchy, agency-paid statement splits and payouts, and a recruiting pipeline with join links.
Simple pricing
Monthly, cancel any time. Pay yearly and save 20%.

Questions
Do I have to stop using my marketing organization’s tools?
No. Keep quoting and e-apps where they are. Truebook is the back office for everything after the app: requirements, delivery, commission, chargebacks and the follow-up that keeps business on the books.
Who can see my clients?
Your upline sees your production, not your clients’ details, unless you share them or your agency owns the book (a setting your agency owner controls). Dates of birth, policy numbers, application and call notes, and texts are encrypted (Social Security numbers aren’t collected), and two-step sign-in is on by default.
Can I take my data with me?
When your agency’s setting leaves the book with you (it should follow your contracts), you can download your clients, policies, leads and call log any time, and for 90 days after you leave the agency.
Is calling included?
Click-to-call uses your own phone on every paid plan. Calling from the browser, with minutes included on Pro, is coming soon.
